Refund Policy

We understand that things happen and sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel.

We strongly suggest you call us ahead of time to reschedule or cancel your service.

Our ProService professionals carefully plan out services and take their time to ensure each client will be satisfied. 

There are different refund stipulations that vary with services. 

TV MOUNTING: There is a $150 non-refundable deposit that due when you reserve your service. If you cancel your service completely, your deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule your service and keep your appointment your deposit can be transferred to complete your service. 

OTHER SERVICES & PACKAGES: ProService requires a deposit to reserve your service that varies by the total amount. This is discussed between a ProService individual and the client. However, if you cancel your appointment there will be a 10% fee of the total service. If you originally provided us with more than 10%, you will be refunded the remainder.
